Veronica Low Veronica Low- President Veronica has over 25 years of media and sales experience and recently joined the team at QMi Sales.
A passionate Senior Management Sales and Marketing professional with over 25 years of hands-on experience in sales, broadcasting, media and advertising, Veronica is a creative, strategic thinker who is solutions oriented and goal driven.  Prior to joining QMi, Veronica was VP Sales and Business Development at Active Media Services (Canada) where she oversaw the restructure of the Canadian office, including the media buying agency’s move back into the 416!    Prior to Active, Veronica was at Canadian Broadcast Sales, where she created CBS RadioQuebec – a new division which united three major broadcasters under one umbrella.  As Director, Business Development CBS Radio Quebec, she increased market share and maintained the group’s share for over 2 consecutive years, this during the recession and the launch of PPM’s in the marketplace. Prior to that role, she was Director, Business Development for Astral Media Radio where she developed new business categories and raised the profile of AMR in the Toronto Marketplace and on the national level. An avid equestrian, who competes in Eventing, Veronica is also a past civilian volunteer with The 140 Aurora Royal Canadian Air Cadets and taught broadcast sales at Ryerson University in 2008. She is a certified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner, and her interests include THE BES, writing, mentoring and horseback riding. She lives in the country and has a son attending university. As a published author, she is currently working on her second novel. Her first novella, The Tale Of The Rabbit And The Rose  (c. 2001 Roar Publishing Inc.) is currently in development as a cartoon. TOP


Kim Dougherty Kim Dougherty – Vice President Kim began her career at McKim Media Group in 1992 working on the Dairy Queen business. Kim honed her buying skills on this tough account in both radio and television.
She has worked her way up through the company to become the National Director of Broadcast investments, OMD Canada.Over the years, Kim has worked on and managed a number of large accounts ranging from retail, to packaged goods. She has an excellent knowledge of the marketplace and is always up to date on the Television and Radio buying landscape. Kim also currently sits on the BBM TV Executive Committee and is able to provide a wealth of knowledge and experience.TOP


Don Lang Don Lang – Vice President Don is the Director, Revenue Management & Sales Operations for Rogers Television Sales. Prior to that, Don held the position of National Sales Manager at OMNI Television moving over from Canwest to create an internal sales department in 2002.
Don spent 12 years at Canwest as a Sales Executive, and in a management role as Group Head. From 1986 to 2000 he worked as a Sales Representative at Canadian Communications. Don started in this business in 1981 as a buyer at Grey Advertising.Don graduated from the University of Weston, Ontario and currently sits on the board of TASCI and the BES. He is also acting chair for SAC, and TV day and is a member of the BBM Executive Committee.TOP
